1. Insulation removal: Using mechanical process to remove the thermocouple insulation layer, excluding chemical, high temperature process to avoid unknown or unwanted materials remain on contact surface.
2. Size control: Welding end to the insulation part control at accurate within 0.4-0.7mm to ensure the accuracy of induction temperature.
3. Welding method: Welding type, under the protection of inert gas welding, to ensure no
characteristics changes to the wire which might affect the Precision sensibility.
4. Process control: Using high-end precision packaging technology to ensure product
accuracy and usability.
