Product Description:

Introduction
1. 304 stainless steel capillary armor, with smallest diameter 0.3mm to meet the micro
invasive medical and surgical field requirements.
2. Top measurement accuracy: 0.2℃.
3. Thermal response time:0.5s (below 180℃).
4. Customized grounding, non-grounded or exposed, length customize according to
customer’s requirements.


Product Feature
1. In the micro invasive ablation medical program, the thermocouple can be designed
according to customer requirements to provide a more stable sensor energy output.
2. Polyimide insulation is used and pass biocompatibility test for indirect and temporary
contact of all medical devices.
3. Connection: welding, using high-precision machining technology to ensure the accuracy of
the filament will not be reduced in the production process.
4. Wire specifications: 44AWG, 40AWG, 38AWG, 36AWG, double or single strand.
5. Armored tube specifications: OD: 0.3mm, OD: 0.35mm, OD: 0.4mm, OD: 0.5mm or above.


Processing Characteristics
1. Insulation removal: Using mechanical process to remove the thermocouple insulation layer, excluding chemical, high temperature process to avoid unknown or unwanted materials remain on contact surface.
2.    Size control: Welding end to the insulation part control at accurate within 0.4-0.7mm to ensure the accuracy of induction temperature.
3. Welding method: Welding type, under the protection of inert gas welding, to ensure no
characteristics changes to the wire which might affect the Precision sensibility.
4. Process control: Using high-end precision packaging technology to ensure product
accuracy and usability.
