In addition, No need to have any experience of work or specific major but should be skilled at Microsoft Office. Interviewees with local registered permanent residence have preferred qualification.
Two cable engineers:
1. Above junior college and major in mechanical or electron or relative. Have experiences of engineering development in cable industry for over three years and can be skilled at cost control and working hours.
2. Be skilled at Office, CAD, PRO/E or UG and other common advisor technical software.
3. Know about the procedure of cable assembly, RoHS and Association Standard.
4. Good ability of communication and coordination, and collaboration in trans-department.
5. Interviewees with strong English reading and writing skills have preferred qualification (Be capable to read mechanical drawings and write e-mail about engineering technology in English).
An outsourcing quality manager:
1. Have experiences in cable industry for over three years.
2. Be capable to reply customers’ 8D reports individually.
3. Need to have evection to suppliers in order to track the productive process of products.
4. Be skilled at statistics methods of quality management and be familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
